People love tennis, but they also want to get in better shape quickly. Cardio Tennis accomplishes this by condensing a two-hour-long, grueling tennis match into 60 fun-minutes of tennis exercise.

The use of Cardio balls (decompressed 10 & under tennis balls) makes playing the sport easier because the ball moves slower. Using transition balls makes it difficult for good players to hit a clean winner, therefore the ball stays in play longer which means more “cardio”.
